Star Park Indoor Playground LLC (“Star Park”, “we”, “us”) operates indoor playground locations in Cherry Hill, NJ; Allentown, PA; and Philadelphia, PA, and this website at starparkusa.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact form details: your name, email address, phone number, chosen location, and your message when you contact us through our website.
• Newsletter and offer sign-ups: your name, email address, and/or phone number when you join our email list or request a birthday-party offer.
• Booking details: when you book day sessions, punch cards, memberships, parties, or event tickets, your booking is handled through our online booking and account system operated by Aluvii. This may include your name, contact details, the names of the children you are booking for, your purchase history, and payment details processed by the payment provider — we do not store your full payment card details on this website.
• Usage data: information about how you use our website, such as pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools (including the Meta Pixel) as described below.
• Communications: records of emails and messages you send us and replies we send you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Provide, confirm, and manage your bookings, memberships, punch cards, and party reservations.
• Send you service-related emails, such as confirmations and receipts.
• Send you offers, event announcements, and occasional follow-up messages after you contact us. You can stop these at any time (see “Your choices”).
• Understand how our website is used so we can improve it and our advertising.

When you submit our contact form, we may send a small number of friendly follow-up emails if we haven’t heard back from you. These stop automatically when you reply, ask us to stop, or after a short period. Every marketing email we send also includes a way to opt out.

We also use advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure the results of our ads and, in some cases, show you Star Park ads on other platforms. Our playground is built for children, but our website and booking systems are intended for adults. We collect only the limited information needed for a booking (such as the first name of a child attending a session or party), provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as our booking and account platform (Aluvii), our email tools, and our payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners: platforms such as Meta, as described above.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or to protect the safety of our guests, staff, and property.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to manage your memberships and bookings, follow up on your requests, and meet record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Ask us to stop follow-up messages at any time.
